Receipts are issued automatically with the correct ABN and DGR item number for each entity. The compliance rules are a versioned encoding maintained by Everflame — each receipt records the version that governed it.
Every gift generates the correct receipt automatically — a tax receipt where the entity is DGR-endorsed and in-date, an ordinary receipt otherwise — with the correct entity name, ABN, DGR item and gift amount. Reports are assembled for ACNC and ATO lodgement by you or your agent, without double-entry.
You own your donor data. Export it at any time. Donors can request erasure of contact details; records required by law are retained separately and not erased.
