Pricing questions
Do you take a percentage of donations?+
No. The donor-facing front end is free under the donor-contribution model, and Everflame earns from a compliance subscription rather than a cut of the gift, so more of each gift reaches the cause. Card processing (~1.7% + 30c) applies per transaction and is paid to the payment processor, never to Everflame.
Is it billed monthly or yearly?+
Either. The toggle switches the cards between the monthly rate and the yearly price — yearly is about 15% less.
We have only one fund and we're small. Is this overkill?+
No. The donor front end is free, so a small charity can run campaigns at no platform cost and add the compliance subscription only if it wants the deeper layer. The multi-fund structure is simply the fuller case.
What will it cost?+
The donor front end is free. The compliance layer is a subscription — billed monthly or yearly (about 15% off yearly) — pitched below the combined cost of the separate systems it replaces. The exact figures are set before launch.
More of each gift reaches the cause.
Free to the donor, no cut of the gift, and the compliance that used to eat your year now runs itself.
